PPS is an engineering resin with outstanding properties such as high temperature, chemical resistance and thermal stability.
Due to their high epoxide reactivity, Lotader® AX8900 and AX8840 reactive additives can be dispersed efficiently in PPS compounds. They enable to achieve a significant increase of the impact strength of PPS. They are also used to adjust the rheology or to increase the flexibility of PPS. Lotader® AX terpolymers can also be used as tie layer between PPS and polyethylene in multilayer struture (pipes, sheets).
