Tie layers for metallized films extrusion lamination
Lotader® grades with a high maleic anhydride content are performing tie layers for metallized films. Both ready-to-use and concentrate Lotader® grades bring solutions to film converters.
Lotader® 4210 is a high fluidity concentrate resin that can be blended with LDPE. This enables a cost competitive and performing tie layer solution for the lamination of primed printed films and metallized films. Lotader® 4210 is non corrosive and is appreciated for its outstanding processability.
Lotader® 4513T is a ready-to-use tie layer for extrusion lamination that have high adhesion to aluminum, metallized films but also most of printed films without requirement of any primer. Lotader® 4513T is non corrosive and has outstanding processability.
