Evasin™ EVOH resins are copolymers of ethylene and vinyl alcohol.

Barrier properties

The ethylene content of Evasin resins controls the barrier performance. The lower the ethylene content, the higher barrier properties but the more rigid the resin becomes.

Rheology / Processability

Evasin EVOH resins are well-suited to most multi-layer processing technologies:

• Multilayer blown and cast films
• Blow molding
• Sheet co-extrusion

• Oxygen-barrier packaging: pouches, trays, cups, lids,..
• Tubes for cosmetic and food.
• Automotive fuel tanks.
• Heating tubes.
