Description
LOTADER® 18603T is a random ethylene – methyl acrylate – maleic anhydride terpolymer.
• LOTADER® 18603T has been designed to coextrusion application with polyethylene, ethylene copolymers, polyamides, EVOH, PET and PS.
• LOTADER® 18603T can also be used as a coupling agents for HFFR compounds as well as impact modifiers for polyamides.
• LOTADER® 18603T is compatible with most tackifying resins and waxes and can be used in hot melt adhesives formulations.
LOTADER® 18603T is also suitable to produce thermo-adhesive films for solid substrates like PA, PET & PU films, aluminum, foils…
Processing
LOTADER® 18603T can be processed with standard polyolefin equipment over a wide range of temperature, up to 300°C. For instance, when extruded through sheet coextrusion, temperature settings could be:
Storage, Handling & Safety
LOTADER® 18603T should be stored in a ventilated area, away from heat, humidity and direct sunlight. Improper storage conditions may cause degradation and could have consequences on physical properties of the product.
Due to its physical properties (Vicat temperature <40°C), it may be possible that the product shows some caking. This is particularly true during summertime.

Shelf Life
