Description
PRIMACOR™ 4810 is an ethylene acrylic acid copolymer adhesive designed for use with metallic, cellulosic, glass and other substrates. In dispersion form, it is a binder for nonwoven fibers, including polypropylene, polyester, glass, nylon, and others.
Processing
Equipment used to process this resin should be constructed of corrosion resistant materials. Recommended to be stainless steels and/or duplex chrome or nickel plated.

1. Precautions for safe handling:
1.1. Additional hazards when processed: Dust may form flammable and explosive mixture with air. Provide adequate ventilation to minimize dust and/or vapor concentrations.
1.2. Precautions for safe handling: Ensure good ventilation of the work station. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Wear personal protective equipment.
1.3. Hygiene measures: Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Always wash hands after handling the product.
2. Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities:
2.1. Technical measures: Comply with applicable regulations. Keep in a cool, well-ventilated place away from heat. Store locked up. Store in tightly closed, leak-proof containers.
2.2. Storage conditions: Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep cool.
2.3. Incompatible materials: Direct sunlight.
2.4. Storage temperature: 5 – 35 °C.
2.5. Packaging materials: Store always product in container of same material as original container.
